We have 4 dumpster sizes available for rent: 12 Yard, 20 Yard, 30 Yard and 40 Yard.

The 12 yard roll off container measures 14'4" L x 8' W x 3'5" H. It's roughly the volume of 6 pickup truck loads. It's perfect for clearing out a garage, basement or spare bedroom. It's also the size you need if you're hauling dirt.

The 20 yard roll off container measures 15'3" L x 8' W x 5'6" H. It's roughly the volume of 10 pickup truck loads. This size is great for clearing out a large house, a deck removal, a single room remodel, or a basement or large garage clean out.

We recommend using a 20 yard "concrete-only" dumpster, 10 ton max, for concrete tear-out and haul away.

The 30 yard roll off container measures 15'3" L x 7'10" W x 8' H. It's roughly the volume of 15 pickup truck loads. This size works great for new home construction, large home additions, window or siding replacement debris from a small/medium sized home. multi-room remodel, a garage or basement clean out.

The 40 yard roll off dumpster measures 22' L x 8' W x 6'3" H. Think of it as the volume of 20 pickup truck loads. This size is most common for our contractors.

Most people have their roll off dumpster delivered and placed in their driveway. We can place yours dumpster most anywhere you tell us (except the street; that requires you to have city permission). Be sure to give us dumpster placement instructions during your online order checkout.

Garibay Dumpster Rental pricing includes a 4-day rental. You can keep the dumpster as long as you like. After 4 days, just add $5/day for your rental - that's it!

Dumpsters can be rented with a specific delivery and pickup date. Or you can leave the rental open-ended. Then just call us when you're done and we'll schedule pickup. We're easy to work with!

Contractor Rates include 30 days of rent, then $5/day after 30 days.

Environmental safety is important so we ask that you do not place the following banned waste materials in the dumpster:

• Tires
• Drums with liquid contents
• Paints, paint cans, turpentine, caulking tubes
• Petroleum, oil waste, gasoline, kerosene
• Radioactive, infectious or biological waste.
• Acid, toxic chemicals
• Mud trap waste, sewage sludge, raw sewage
• Processed wood with oil
• Bagged/bulk leaves or grass clippings
• Friable asbestos, hazardous waste, caustic materials
• Motor vehicles, vehicle parts
• Agriculture/farm equipment
• Electrical equipment containing hazardous materials
• Dead animals

A fee of $15.00 will be added for each freon-containing appliance. A fee of $16.00 will be added for each medium tire, $25.00 for each large tire and $35.00 for each large tractor tire.

Items in the list above require specialized disposal. Please contact your local government office to determine your local drop-off location. There is a slight landfill charge for freon-containing appliances.

We also ask that you not load the dumpster above the “Maximum Loading Level” as marked on the dumpster.

We make dumpster rental easy. Our base rental rates are as follows:

• 12-Yard Dumpster: $200, 1-4 days included; $5/day thereafter. Includes 1 Ton of trash debris. Additional tonnage prorated at $70/Ton.
• 20-Yard Dumpster: $225, 1-4 days included; $5/day thereafter. Includes 1 Ton of trash debris. Additional tonnage prorated at $70/Ton.
• 20-Yard Concrete-OnlyDumpster: $225, 1-4 days included; $5/day thereafter. Includes 10 Ton of concrete debris.
• 30-Yard Dumpster: $250, 1-4 days included; $5/day thereafter. Includes 1 Ton of trash debris. Additional tonnage prorated at $70/Ton.
• 40-Yard Dumpster: $250, 1-4 days included; $5/day thereafter. Includes 1 Ton of trash debris. Additional tonnage prorated at $70/Ton.

Our Contractor Rates are as follows:

• 12-Yard Dumpster: $330, 30 days included; $5/day thereafter. Includes 5 Ton construction debris, or 1 Ton of trash debris. Additional tonnage is prorated at $70/Ton.
• 20-Yard Dumpster: $355, 30 days included; $5/day thereafter. Includes 5 Ton construction debris, or 1 Ton of trash debris. Additional tonnage is prorated at $70/Ton.
• 30-Yard Dumpster: $380, 30 days included; $5/day thereafter. Includes 5 Ton construction debris, or 1 Ton of trash debris. Additional tonnage is prorated at $70/Ton.
• 40-Yard Dumpster: $405, 30 days included; $5/day thereafter. Includes 5 Ton construction debris, or 1 Ton of trash debris. Additional tonnage is prorated at $70/Ton.

A slight mileage charge may be added during order checkout when delivering to areas outside Manhattan.

Yes you can. No problem. Just call or text us and we will do a dumpster swap out for you. A "swap out" means we'll deliver a new dumpster, then take the old dumpster away. When this is done, a new billing cycle is created. If the first dumpster was rented for a longer period of time than was actually used, you are credited for those unused rental day(s). As always, use the new dumpster as long as you need it.
